newborn sessions I recommend booking during your second trimester — newborn spots fill quickly and I only take a limited number each month.

Is this a worthwhile investment?

This is the most common thing I hear before a 
session — and honestly it has never ruined one. 
My sessions aren't about getting kids to perform. 
They're about documenting how your family actually is. Meltdowns, silliness, and chaos are all part of the story. Some of my favorite images come from the most "uncooperative" kids.

What if my kids won't cooperate?

Yes — and I hear this from almost every mom before her session. The difference between feeling awkward in photos and feeling like yourself is a photographer who isn't asking you to pose. I'll never line you up and tell you to smile. Instead I'll give you something to do — hold your baby, play with your toddler, make your partner laugh — and photograph what happens naturally. Most moms tell me their session gallery is the first time they've ever loved photos of themselves.

I don't feel photogenic at all. Will I look okay?

Studio sessions ask your family to show up somewhere unfamiliar, wear coordinated outfits, and smile on command. My sessions happen in your home — the place where your family is most relaxed and most themselves. The result is images that actually look like you, not a version of you that performed for a camera.
